Job Summary
We are hiring for Front of House to join our team in a bustling restaurant and village pub environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
Duties
- Greet customers as they arrive at the restaurant
- Assist with seating arrangements and take reservations
- Provide menu recommendations and take food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front end area
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant/bar or hospitality setting is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous
- Experience in bartending or catering is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members
Due to the nature of the role, candidate must be over 18 years old.
Job Type: Part-time
