Front of House Team Member

We're looking for enthusiastic, experienced people to join our Front of House team!

Must have:

At least 1 year's experience working in a restaurant with table service Experience taking orders and greeting guests
As a busy pub and restaurant, we're always looking to build a strong team who can help us master the industry. We need experienced, enthusiastic people who are all about customer service!

We're looking for extra team members to join us over the Christmas period too!

You must be

available to work throughout the festive season

, including key December dates, as this is our busiest and most exciting time of year.

Job Role Includes (but not limited to):

Managing bookings and attending to customers throughout their dining experience Following direction from the management team Serving food and beverages Taking orders using handheld tablets/tills Serving drinks on the bar

Qualifications:

Strong serving and customer service skills Experience in hospitality and restaurant environments Knowledge of food safety practices Ability to prepare food and beverages (bartending/barista skills a plus) Catering experience is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
