Job Description
The City Restaurant, situated on Nicolson Street, is seeking motivated Front of House Staff to become part of our welcoming team.
As a member of our front of house staff, you will be instrumental in ensuring each guest enjoys a pleasant and memorable dining experience. Key responsibilities include:
Serving food and beverages to guests
Processing payments accurately
Addressing guest enquiries promptly and courteously
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout their visit
Collaborating with team members to uphold cleanliness and service standards
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Keen attention to detail and proficiency in handling transactions Teamwork skills and a positive attitude
