Pay Rate: 12.21 - 13.50 excluding tips

Hours: 30- 45 per week (hours are negotiable)

Commencement Date: 1-3 days

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly. Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have a great experience. Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service. Keep the restaurant and service areas clean, tidy, and well-presented. Handle payments and use the till system correctly. Support colleagues during busy periods and maintain a positive team spirit. Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential -- full training can be provided. Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude. Able to stay calm and organised in a busy environment. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great service.
