We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a professional manner Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene Manage reservations, organise seating arrangements, and handle guest enquiries efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing hot drinks with attention to quality and presentation Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not essential; a keen willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of food safety practices is desirable Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if required A professional appearance and positive attitude towards team collaboration and guest satisfaction
