Job Description

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and responsible Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is customer-facing and plays a key part in delivering a positive dining experience. Ideal candidates are comfortable working late nights and in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner Take orders accurately and assist guests with menu questions Deliver food and drinks efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area Support team members during busy service periods Follow company procedures and service standards
Working Schedule:

4 - 6 days per week Must be able to work late nights, with shifts finishing around 1:00 AM
Requirements:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (training provided) Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including late nights and weekends. Mandarin speaking ability is a bonus but not essential.
