Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth service, and supporting the overall guest experience. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, along with a keen interest in food safety and presentation.

Duties

Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service Serving food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality standards Assisting with food preparation and organisation where necessary Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations Handling payments accurately and processing transactions using POS systems Supporting barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages as required Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Assisting with event catering or special functions as needed Collaborating with team members to deliver seamless service throughout shifts

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences Experience in food preparation or barista work is considered an advantage A personable nature with the ability to work well within a team
