Duties
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer preferences are noted.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Support catering events as required, ensuring that all aspects are executed flawlessly.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards.
Experience as a barista or in catering services would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial for success in this role.
