Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a friendly demeanour, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships, and offer a chance to grow within the organisation.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently Assist with food preparation and presentation when required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest needs promptly Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing hot drinks with care Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience Assist in setting up events or special functions as needed

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable Experience in serving or barista roles will be considered an advantage Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and working as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.41 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
