Key responsibilities:

Welcome guests with warmth and guide them through the menu, highlighting sushi, ramen, and specials Take orders accurately and coordinate smoothly with the kitchen team Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring excellent presentation and guest satisfaction Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining area Handle payments and bookings efficiently while supporting smooth daily service

Skills & Qualifications:

Friendly, approachable, and passionate about great hospitality Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or willingness to learn (sushi, ramen, sake, etc.) Team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment Previous front of house or hospitality experience is highly desirable
