Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction. Support catering events as required, contributing to the overall success of special occasions. If applicable, prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as a barista.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Skills in catering or food preparation will be an advantage. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience as a server or barista is beneficial, showcasing your ability to work in fast-paced environments. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service is crucial for success in this role. Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
