We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately
Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Handle payments accurately and process transactions using POS systems
Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and beverages
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times
Skills
Previous experience in catering, serving, or restaurant environments is desirable
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Barista experience is a plus but not essential
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
A friendly, approachable manner with a focus on guest satisfaction
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a busy venue
