We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidates will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a warm and friendly environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry, including catering, serving, and food safety practices. Prior experience in restaurant settings or barista roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly Support barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service throughout shifts

Experience

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Experience in restaurant environments or barista roles is a plus Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting A genuine interest in delivering outstanding customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
