Duties

Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly Assist with food preparation and presentation when required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly Support barista duties if applicable, including coffee making and drink serving Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards is desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends as required Basic food preparation skills are advantageous A positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
