An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in our hotel bar and restaurant, serving amazing food & drinks to the local community and all our hotel guests.
The Little Duckling Restaurant has earned a great reputation for quality, Scottish cooking with great service in a cosy dining room. Being good with people & a desire to learn are the most important criteria - we are happy to train people with a desire to improve and gain experience in a hospitality environment. We have a great team - friendly and welcoming. We work closely together to provide top-class service, so your customer-care skills and willing attitude are key. We also help our colleagues in housekeeping to ensure our residents have the most enjoyable stay.
Our day starts at 7am until late evening and weekends are busiest, but we have a flexible approach to shifts and hours.
All our employees are given work based training to develop their skills while on the job as well as a comprehensive series of online, modular training courses done during work hours.
