About the Role

As a valued member of our Front of House team, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class experience to every guest across both our restaurant and bar areas. You will embody the warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that define the Luciano's and Vesper Bar experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and seamless service throughout the guest's visit Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth service Maintain an immaculate standard of presentation and cleanliness in all guest areas Comply fully with health, safety, and hygiene standards

About You

Minimum of

one year's experience

in a similar Front of House or waiting role within a quality restaurant or bar environment A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Professional appearance and confident communication skills Reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
