We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including catering, serving & bar work, all aimed at enhancing the dining experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
Serve food and beverages, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Assist in food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
Handle catering services for events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Maintain a clean and tidy front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
Take bookings over the phone & online using booking.com & Little Hotelier (training will be given)
Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
Skills
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in catering services is an advantage.

Shifts
This job involves evening work and some weekends. The shifts vary from 2pm - 6pm & 6pm -11pm.
