We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves various responsibilities, including catering, serving, and assisting in food preparation, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer requests are met.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
Assist in food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
Manage catering services for events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Maintain an organised front of house area, including cleaning tables and managing dining spaces.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and other beverages to a high standard.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Experience in catering or serving roles will be advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills, including barista experience if applicable.
