We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our hotel, bar & restaurant.

We are a well-established, guest-centred hotel located in the heart of Helensburgh, offering a welcoming environment for travellers from around the world. Join our professional and supportive team and contribute to creating memorable stays for guests.

Key Responsibilities:



Greeting and checking in/out guests with warmth and efficiency Managing guest inquiries and providing detailed local information Handling reservations, payments, and administrative duties using our booking system Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation Serving breakfasts, lunches & dinners, in a new concept coming to Helensburgh.

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in hospitality/ restaurant/ front of house Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to workday and night shifts as required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A genuine passion for travel and helping guests feel at home

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
