We are still looking for that perfect fit into our small team due to expansion of our busy tearoom in the heart of Hessle we are looking for an front of house staff member

Must be outgoing and good with customers , job role includes

*meeting and greeting our customers

*showing them to available seating

*making sure pre booked tables are reserved in time

*taking food and drink orders

*cleaning tables and floors

*taking out food orders

waiting tables
*generally looking after the customers.

*answering phone and taking bookings

if you have experience working within the hospitality industry then that is and advantage , we are a extremely busy and so it's very fast paced work environment which is not for everyone this is why we want someone with experience as they know what it entails, our tearoom is over 2 storeys which means the job entails going up and down stairs many times a day.

the position at the moment would be 25 hours per week which would be spread over 5 days and must be able to work saturdays when needed and immediate start could be available.

once fully trained then the opportunity for more hours will arise - ideal candidate which would guarantee more hours would be someone who is willing to learn all aspects of the tearoom so someone who has scope and ambition

This is a permanent position, it's not holiday work or someone who is at college now and can only do so many days a week .

we aren't open evenings so working hours are within 9-5 range , we are hoping to find a member of staff that will fit in with our small but friendly team and one whom will be with long term.

Rate of pay will be age related and comforn to NMW guidelines to start with
