Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high service quality. Manage catering orders and assist with event setups as required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding orders and special requests. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction. Support bartending duties when needed, including mixing drinks and serving alcohol responsibly.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous. Experience in catering services or bartending will be considered a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.

Pay: 10.00-12.00 per hour
