We are currently looking for Front of House Staff. Due to serving alcohol all applicants must be over 18 years old.
Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers with their orders and answer any questions they may have
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised front end area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food items
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Bartending experience is a bonus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
Please note this is a 20 hour contract. All applications must be available to work during the day and in the evening to cover all shifts.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
