Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly Assist with food preparation tasks as required, maintaining high standards of hygiene Support barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages Maintain knowledge of menu items, including special dietary options Uphold food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and standards Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings A friendly demeanour with a professional attitude Experience in food preparation or barista roles is a plus A genuine interest in the hospitality industry and delivering outstanding guest experiences
