Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment. This role involves engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in food service, food safety, and customer relations within a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drinks in accordance with established standards Assist with food preparation and presentation when required Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately Maintain knowledge of menu items, including any special dietary options or promotions Uphold food safety standards and health regulations at all times Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing specialised coffee beverages

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not essential; a friendly demeanour and eagerness to learn are key Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed A professional appearance and excellent organisational skills are essential Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry out physically demanding tasks when necessary
