We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner Assist with food preparation and presentation when required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations Ensure adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly Support bar operations, including serving drinks as needed (barista experience is a plus) Restock supplies and assist with setting up for special events or functions Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Opening and closing and cashing up/end of day shut down.

Skills

Experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Basic food preparation skills are desirable Previous restaurant or barista experience is advantageous Organised with excellent attention to detail Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
