We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for various duties that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, whether it be in catering, serving, or food preparation.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Support barista duties as needed, including coffee preparation and serving. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is clean and operational.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Skills in catering or food preparation will be advantageous. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Experience as a barista is a plus, showcasing versatility within the role. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests is crucial. Pay: 8.50-13.00 per hour
