We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented front of house/barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and taking direction well. A successful candidate will have experience serving customers directly, as well as setting up and preparing beverages for immediate sale, cleaning workstations and helping to maintain a clean and tidy restaurant environment.
The restaurant is open morning and evening, closed Sunday and Monday

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed to support kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
Support bar operations with barista skills or beverage service when required
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Skills
Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Experience in food preparation or restaurant environments is beneficial
Barista experience is a plus but not essential
Friendly demeanour with a professional approach to customer service
Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns and busy periods
