Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment. This role involves engaging with guests, ensuring a smooth flow of service, and maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, along with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, food safety, and customer relations within a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest queries and special requests Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Handle payments accurately and process transactions promptly Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and beverages Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality roles is preferred Barista experience is a plus but not essential; training will be provided if necessary Knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene standards is desirable Familiarity with food preparation and serving techniques Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment A genuine interest in delivering high-quality customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-18.11 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
