Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation as required, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly. Support catering events by setting up and dismantling service areas as needed.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience as a barista is an advantage, showcasing your versatility in service roles. Catering experience is beneficial for assisting with special events or functions.
