Job Description

KEONBAE s a modern Korean-Japanese dining experience featuring interactive tabletop Korean BBQ grills and conveyor belt sushi. We focus on high-quality food, efficient service, and an engaging customer experience. We are seeking someone responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service in a fast-paced, interactive dining environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently guide guests through Korean BBQ and conveyor belt sushi dining.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Guest Experience

Greet guests warmly and manage seating in line with reservations and walk-ins Explain menu items, dining concepts, and ordering processes clearly Assist guests with Korean BBQ grilling procedures and safety guidelines Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally

Korean BBQ Table Service

Set up, change, and clean BBQ grills safely and efficiently Instruct guests on cooking times, techniques, and grill use Replace grill plates as required during service Ensure proper ventilation, cleanliness, and safety at all BBQ tables

Conveyor Belt Sushi Service

Explain conveyor belt system, plate pricing, and ordering options Monitor belt flow and remove empty or used plates promptly Assist guests with special orders not available on the belt

Food & Beverage Service

Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly Prepare and serve non-alcoholic and/or alcoholic drinks as required Maintain table cleanliness and reset tables efficiently

Operational & Team Responsibilities

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking Work collaboratively with kitchen and FOH team members Participate in training sessions and ongoing skill development

Skills & Requirements

Previous experience in a similar establishment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable explaining interactive dining concepts to guests Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
