As a FOH team member, you'll be the face of The Union Club welcoming guests, delivering excellent service, and helping create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting guests with a warm, professional attitude
Taking orders and serving food and drinks efficiently
Handling payments accurately
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the FOH areas
Working closely with bar and kitchen teams
Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
Skills
Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts
Reliability and attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
Barista experience is a plus but not essential
Organized with strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of service are maintained
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 18 - 32 per week
