We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service throughout the guest's visit Serve food and beverages, including specialised drinks such as coffee or cocktails, maintaining high standards of presentation Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Support baristas with drink preparation during busy periods and ensure all equipment is properly maintained Follow all health and safety procedures diligently to uphold hygiene standards

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is desirable Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers Organised and efficient, capable of multitasking during busy service periods A friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards guest service Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
