Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to bartending standards. Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of bartending techniques and food preparation is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting. A commitment to providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
