Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation. Assist with catering events, ensuring all requirements are met for a successful service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Support food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Strong catering skills with an understanding of event service dynamics. Proficient in serving techniques and knowledgeable about food safety practices. Experience as a barista is an advantage, showcasing your ability to craft quality beverages. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.
