The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Support catering events as needed, contributing to the overall success of the service provided.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Proficiency in catering services, including food preparation techniques. Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Barista experience is an advantage, particularly in coffee preparation and service. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 12.60 per hour
