Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and providing support to both customers and team members.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Assist customers in menu selection and provide information about specials and promotions. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution. Support catering events as required, assisting with setup and breakdown. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality skills.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with a passion for customer service. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a restaurant environment. Experience in bartending or food preparation is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Team player with a positive attitude who is willing to help colleagues as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
