Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards Prepare simple food items and beverages, including barista-style coffee if applicable Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly Support baristas or kitchen staff during busy periods as needed Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Assist in setting up tables for events or special occasions Process payments accurately using the POS system

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus Organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required A professional attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
