The Leaping Hare has been a staple in the culinary scene for over two decades, consistently earning accolades such as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide and a spot in The Good Food Guide for more than 25 years . The restaurant's menu showcases modern British cuisine, emphasising seasonal produce from our estate's own gardens and local farms.

About the role:

We are currently looking for part-time Front of House Staff Members to join our team and help provide excellence to all our guests. We have opportunities to grow your knowledge within both food and drink with a focus on wine.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is not essential but preferred and further training will be provided.

Skills you should have:

Experience in working in a restaurants or fine dinning A basic wine knowledge would be helpful but not essential Be able to work very well under pressure & as part of a team Have a passion for the food and drink industry Maintain good quality customer service skills
