Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations
Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly
Support bar operations, including serving drinks and maintaining stock levels
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to deliver a seamless guest experience
Manage reservations and optimise seating arrangements for efficiency
Skills
Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Experience in restaurant service or barista roles is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
Organised with strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
