Front of House
Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate cash registers and handle cash & card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
- Follow all food safety guidelines when handling food products
Requirements:
- Barista experience essential
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a positive manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
