Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with grace, ensuring guest satisfaction. Support barista operations when required, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required. Familiarity with catering services is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience as a barista is a plus, showcasing versatility in service roles. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
