In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service. Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Take orders accurately and ensure timely service of food and beverages.
Assist with food preparation and maintain high standards of food safety.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
Support catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Provide barista services, preparing high-quality coffee and beverages for guests.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with catering services is an advantage.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards.
Experience in serving and barista roles will be beneficial.
