Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role is Saturday and Sunday evenings with the possibility of picking up additional shifts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a friendly demeanour, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. All positions are paid and suitable for individuals committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Duties

Greet guests warmly Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest's visit Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with precision Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Assist in food preparation tasks as required, ensuring adherence to food safety standards Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if required A genuine interest in delivering high-quality customer service A positive team player who can adapt to changing priorities
