Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced and professional Front of House Member ofStaff to join our vibrant team.

Bar and Waiting experience is a must.

Rate of pay is determined by age and experience. You will also receive cash tips every shift

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

This role involves engaging with customers, taking orders, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is imperative, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and other beverages Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is desirable Knowledge of food safety practices and standards Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Experience in food preparation or restaurant operations is advantageous Barista experience is a plus but not essential Strong organisational skills with attention to detail A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
