Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage table settings, clear dishes, and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Support banquet and catering events by setting up venues, serving guests, and ensuring smooth operation throughout the event.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
Maintain strict adherence to food handling protocols, dietary restrictions, and food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver seamless service in both dining room and bar areas.
Assist with basic barista duties if applicable, including preparing coffee drinks with precision.
Uphold high standards of hospitality by demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to serve guests.
Qualifications
Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
Experience serving in restaurants, banquet halls, or catering settings is preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food industry best practices.
Familiarity with food safety standards and handling procedures.
Barista experience or bartending skills are a plus but not required.
Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous for supporting large events.
Excellent communication skills coupled with a team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
