We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are equally valued.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the service area Serve drinks at the bar, including barista-style coffee if applicable, with professionalism and flair Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times Maintain a clean and tidy front of house environment, including setting up tables and clearing after service Handle customer enquiries courteously, resolving any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Support team members during busy periods to deliver seamless service

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving or hospitality roles is preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times Experience with food preparation or restaurant operations is beneficial Barista experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided if required A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences
