Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally Support catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly

Skills

Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Experience in catering or barista roles is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills with attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: 100.00-500.00 per week
