Overview:
We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, catering, or food preparation and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the establishment
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Handle transactions using a cash register or point of sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, or related fields
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Experience in bartending is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team setting and shifts
