Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drinks in a courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction Handle payments and operate the till system with precision Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations Assist in food preparation when required, adhering to food safety standards Support baristas with beverage preparation during busy periods Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Provide information about menu items, specials, and dietary options to guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable but not essential Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment A friendly, professional demeanour with a strong customer service focus Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings if required Basic food preparation skills are a plus Experience as a barista or in restaurant settings will be considered an asset
