Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Support catering events as required, providing exceptional service throughout.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience as a barista or in food preparation is an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn new skills. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
